Contract Basis: Out of 08 contract basis posts 02 post are reserved for OBC. The post of Counsellor is unreserved.
Lecture Basis: Out of 14 Lecture basis posts 03 posts are reserved for OBC, 01post for ST and 01 for EWS.

Essential Qualifications For Assistant Professor:
Master’s degree from recognized University in the relevant subject with at least 55% or its equivalent grade and good academic record. Candidates should have cleared the eligibility test (NET/SET) for Assistant Professor, conducted by UGC or similar test accredited by UGC. However, candidates who are or have been awarded the Ph.D degree in compliance with the University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedures for award of Ph.D degree), Regulation, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor. Counsellor should have M.A. in Psychology with specialization in counselling to deal with students of the College.
Pay scale and service conditions as per the norms laid down by the UGC, Goa University and Government of Goa. Appointments of contract and lecture basis posts are purely for the academic year 2023-24 only, subject to the approval of Goa University and Government of Goa.
Knowledge of Konkani is essential and knowledge of Marathi is desirable. Candidates must have 15 years residence Certificate.
If suitable Reserved Category candidate/s from the State of Goa is not available, then candidate/s from unreserved category will be considered for appointment for the academic year 2023-24 only.
Late and incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. The candidates already in service should apply through proper channel. All the applications should reach the college office within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
All the above appointments are subject to workload, approval of Goa University and N.O.C/Approval from Govt. of Goa.
